What Clients Say
Perspective living was my last option. From Georgia to South Carolina I have been working with different realtors that advertised to be the best. I was always informed that they would do what it takes to get me in a home. Which I later found out not to be the truth. I’ve never had any problems with income, but had a lot of credit problems. Each realtor would tell me “O that’s no problem” until they found out that I had over 180,000 in student loans, a repo, an eviction, and some small charge offs. In my younger years I’ve made a lot of bad choices that didn’t make me look responsible. After reviewing my credit , I no longer received those calls from realtor’s nor were they returning any of my calls. One day as I was sitting in the Barber shop with my son. Yes I am a single parent also. I saw Darryl Capleton who I haven’t seen since high school. As we talked he explained that he was a realtor with Perspective living. He gave me the realtors talk that I’ve heard time and time again. And I kind of rolled my eyes. I started explaining to him what I’ve been though and the obstacles that I’ve came across with other realtors. He then explained to me how different he was, my reply was that every realtor that I’ve met told me the same thing and at the end have let me down. He told me to meet him Monday for lunch. While meeting with Darryl I got the same excitement that I felt with every other realtor. He informed me that he would get back with me the next day. Of course with every other realtor I knew I would never get that call. He didn’t call me the next day and I didn’t call him. I told myself yes he’s just like the rest but hey I got free lunch. Wednesday at 8:30am I received that call. Not only telling me the things that I needed to do but a plan on how he was gonna help me get through it. In less than a year I was in my new home. And Darryl held my hand each step of the way.
Our entire process went smoothly & worry free. Being that it was our first home we had tons of questions & concerns that Darryl easily laid to rest. Overall we were very satisfied & would definitely recommend Darryl with Perspective Living to anyone!
Darryl was an exceptional realator. We spoke with two other realators before we met with Darryl. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was not “pushy” and allowed us to move at our own pace. Throughout the entire home buying process, he made sure it ran smoothly and kept the stress level to a minimum. We would definitely recommend him to future homebuyers!
